What are the terrible consequences of a Wood Pellet Fuel Spill

What are the terrible consequences of a Wood Pellet Fuel Spill

Just what happens to the enviroment when fuels such as compressed sawdust wood pellets are spilled into the enviroment?

In short, only good!
The wood pellets expand back into sawdust with water and atmospheric moisture.
Then they become ready habitat for the mycology of soil building microorganisims.
This mycology quickly moves in to digest the ready source of carbon and other trace elements contained in the wood pellets.
Mycelym is the first to move in digesting the lingnins to produce tasty mushrooms high in vitamin B12 and selenium.

Wood pellets make a great garden mulch helping the soil retain mosture and nutrients to grow tasty vegitables.

In the long story, a wood pellet fuel makes the flowers grow and feeds the bees!

Fast and Efficient Wood Pellet Fueled BBQ Grill

For those perfect evening BBQ's Hasty Heat now offers a wood pellet rocket stove powered grill, fast to warm up in 5-10 minuets, miserly on fuel using around 1/2 pound of wood pellets per full meal cooked!

It also doubles as a long burning patio heater being much cheaper to operate than propane, and emitting the infrared along its length not just from above.

Save 1\3 in mid Winter heating costs switch to a wood pellet stove

Looking at our mid Winter fuel consumption we are burning 26 kg of wood per day to keep our 230 square meeters of home warm at a cost of 172 Euros per month.
That is 125 kwh of heat per day to maintain temperature, if we heated with plug in resistance electric heaters it would cost 524 euro per month.
With oil heat that would be 12 liters per day costing 364 euro per month to maintain our household temperature.
With our air source heat pumps, the same heat would cost us 250 euro per month.

So our wood pellet stove is about 78 euro per month 32% cheaper than our heat pumps!

How does that compare to others heat costs in this record snowfall this winter?
